Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions on select products or orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
